Orthodontics: Structured flexible interest-free monthly installment plans.
Major multi-stage procedures (periodontal or surgical therapy): 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon clinical completion.
Routine general procedures (cleanings, single fillings): Settled on the day of treatment.
Handled case-by-case; we prepare diagnostic records, treatment summaries, and referral documentation to ensure continuity of care with reputable providers elsewhere.
As standard clinical policy, Kharsa Clinics does not accept active orthodontic transfer patients mid-treatment, as cases achieve optimal results when managed by a single practitioner from start to finish. Second opinions and complete case re-evaluations are offered.
